SHIPPING POLICY

Your parcel will be dispatched from our German warehouse.

We try to dispatch all orders placed within two working days.

Shipping costs depend on your location and on the shipping method (explanation below) and will be displayed when you checkout.

Standard Shipping

Your order will be shipped with an tracking number.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping as follows:

  • Germany: orders over 50€

  • Europe (including United Kingdom & Switzerland): orders over 80€

  • Worldwide: orders over 200€

Customs and Duties

All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGES​

You can return items that you are not happy with within 14 days from purchase. Sale items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. You will receive return instructions via email, please note: returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Please follow the steps below to refund or exchange your order.

- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its orignal condition complete with tags and packaging.
- Write us an email to concretesurfers@gmx.net with the respective references (e.g. invoice number & item number) so we can process everything for you.
- Send your return/exchange back to our warehouse addressed in the email.
- Once we receive your parcel we will process everything accordingly and keep you updated via email along the way!
- Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to reach your account.
